I am a 26 year old student from the Netherlands. I like to start projects from scratch, this way I can learn from the ground up and don't miss something interesting.

With each project, I try to learn something new. This could be a new language, or a library or tools in general. I am open minded, which is the reason for my projects not to follow an overarching theme, but does allow me to learn new skills. Typed programming is nowadays what I adhere to, knowing that typed languages not only prevent bugs when programming alone, but also saves time when working in groups.

As of this moment I study at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), where I am doing the following:

  Master

• Kunstmatige Intelligentie (Artificial Intelligence)

  Bachelor (finished)

• Informatica (Computer Science)

  Bachelor (finished)

• Mathematics

  Bachelor (only the first year)

• Philosophy

  Bachelor (only the first year)

Not a small list! Note that both the bachelors Mathematics and Philosophy I only did one year, due to timeconstraints. Once the master was on the horizon, I chose to focus on that instead. Both of these studies were interesting, and I would love to have been able to dive deeper into them.
